1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services, APIs, SDKs, or websites provided by Vectronis AI Inc. (“Vectronis”, “we”, “us”) through vectronisai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Permitted Use & API Rate Limits
Users are granted non-exclusive, revocable credentials to query Vectronis foundation models within the compute token limits of their subscription tier. Reverse engineering model weights, exploiting zero-day API behaviors, or attempting to compromise Nitro Enclaves is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property
Vectronis retains all title, rights, and interest in and to the VX-1024 foundation architecture, model weights, algorithms, and documentation. Customers retain full ownership of their ingested telemetry inputs and resulting vectorized analytical polygons.
4. Sovereign Defense & Export Controls
Access to defense-tier enclaves and radar/hyperspectral fusion modules is conditioned upon adherence to US ITAR, EAR, and applicable multilateral export control regulations.
